Ed Gallagher, Founder

Ed Gallagher enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy in 1989 and graduated from Navy Medic School in 1992, Western Australia Police Service in 1995 and Los Angeles Fire Department Academy in 2003. He is also a graduate of the UCLA Center for Pre-Hospital Care and is a California State Licensed Paramedic. Currently, he serves as a Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician for the Los Angeles City Fire Department and is the Director of HOPE 2 Initiative.

Amy Gallagher, Co-founder

Amy Gallagher obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA in 1997 and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Epidemiology from the UCLA School of Public Health. She has extensive experience in laboratory work and cardiac research in addition to food and water outbreak investigation with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Currently, she serves as the Director of Health Outreach for HOPE 2 Initiative.

Robert Wiley, Patron    

Robert Wiley holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and earned a teaching diploma. He is a Level 3 Australian Football League coach, kicking and skills coach and former professional All Australian Football player. Rob has experience in junior development and is well respected within the Australian football community. Currently, he serves as the Head Coach of the East Fremantle Football Club and Physical Education consultant for HOPE 2 Initiative.
